The move-in is easy and friendly and the place was easily up to par, and then some. Had one issue with a water heater which was handled immediately just outside of an hour of requesting maintenance.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Management and all the staff. You are doing an excellent job. Thank you for always understand and working with me when I have a problem. Maintenance crew is always on top of their game. I never have to wait forever for a responses or for them to take care of something for me. This is the best community living I have experienced. I am glad to say I will look forward to renewing my lease with you all. Oh one more think, kudos to whoever does the monthly events for us all. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!

We have lived at Fox Hill for almost 2 years. We have decided to move back to Oregon where our family is. We have never rented before but this experience has been so great that we will rent again in Oregon. The staff has taken such good care of us. Every need was addressed immediately. I am very pleased with this property and all the staff. I have lived here 20 months and I still have 6 more months on my lease. My building is quite and the grounds are maintain Great!! Maintenance staff takes care of any issues you might have 24 hours a day. The office stay are very friendly and professional. And that means a lot to me. Some places once you move in they no longer speak. I would recommend this property to everyone that isn't loud. It's a very quite area with working adults so if your a party loud all the time person this isn't a good fit for you. The remodeled pool is breath taking. Parking isn't great it a actually sucks like all apartments now days. And the mandatory trash fee I hate!!! I only say that because I work alot and probably only put trash out once every 3 months. I hope this review has helped someone. I highly recommend this as your next place to live.

I have lived at Fox Hill the past 2 years, and would have definitely continued doing so if work wasn’t asking me to relocate. It has been a pleasure and a comfort to know that I had access to management and maintenance in the cases I needed them, which were few. My apartment was immaculate and the appliances all new. The added amenities of hardwood floors, granite counters and washer/dryer in unit was exactly what I had been looking for. The price was affordable and I never had issues with my payment through the helpful portal. I’m writing this not just to say how happy I was with the apartment and features, but more so to thank the staff that everyday went above and beyond to make all of the residents feel at home, to feel like a close knit community. They always had events every month to bring us all together, or things for the kids to do. I definitely felt safe and knew that if there were any maintenance issues their team was quick to respond. The staff already knows how I feel about this diamond in the ruff, so no need to follow up! Buuuut, for those of you who don't....let me tell you, I am a Fox Hill tenant for AS LONG as I can be. I moved in here immediately after selling my house in late 2015 and have felt more at home here, than any other place I have lived in my adult life. First and foremost, recognition is the #1 thing I adore about this place. When I...and by I, I mean we--my chiweenies and I!-- walk into the office, I am known by name or by apartment number; never "what's your name" or "what's your apartment number"? The staff takes the time to really get to know their tenants, on more than just a business level. They engage in conversation...ask how we are doing...and host awesome little mixers where it feels like we are at a fun family get together rather than a mandofun event. Secondly, responsiveness. Rarely ever have I had an issue with not getting an immediate response from them, be it email, phone, resident portal, or maintenance request. I keep my apartment very tidy most of the time, but the maintenance team is who keeps it in top top shape! Lastly, everything! The grounds are well maintained, they are very animal friendly, the price per square foot is unmatched pretty much anywhere across the nation, the interior decor and amenities are luxury, and everything is very well kept. When there is a problem, they fix it. When there are issues, they communicate. We are all kept in the loop as though we are a team living together rather than a bunch of tenants and a land lord. I am absolutely DREADING the possibility of having to move for work as Fox Hill Apartments has become more than just my home, it's become like a family and a place of sanctuary to me.

Fox Hill is a quiet, clean and safe gated community to live in. It is beautifully tucked into the trees to give you the country feel! The staff is great and always helpful! The rental rates and size of the apartment units are the best in and around this area. I would recommend Fox Hill to anyone and everyone.

Fox Hill Apartments has a great office staff. They do everything they can to address your needs. Taking pride in their job and it shows. Always approachable and friendly. Glad we chose Fox Hill.

Great community! The staff are polite, helpful and full of life. We have fun events and gatherings. New updates and everything we really enjoy it.

Fox Hill is a clean, and safe community nestled in the beautiful hill country right outside of Austin, TX! The staff are very accommodating, and their great customer service is very much appreciated! The rental rates are better than most complexes in and around the area

The management has changed since we moved in. New management try to conduct events frequently in the clubhouse. Maintenance staff try to resolve problem as quick as possible .on top of that they renovating clubhouse

We just renewed our lease because we like it here so much. Folks here are very friendly, the staff is very helpful and the apartments are very nice inside. We did some shopping around and found this to be by far the best value in the area. Yes Parking can be a bit of a pain at times but that's Austin for you.
